"As part of our 10-year wedding anniversary, my wife and I spent a weekend at this beautiful property. Tucked away in the hills of Marion, it felt like our private oasis. We came from a crowded suburb in NC and quiet of the night and stillness if the starts were mesmerizing. "The lake front cabin is just as described and very private for a relaxing vacation. Plenty of room for all of us. Having a door to separate the 2 spaces gave the kids one half of the house and we utilized the loft with the large bathroom on the other side which made it more private and had the lake view. We used the dock and kayaks every day and fished and swam as the weather was perfect. We definitely recommend this property and will book again in the future!"

"This. Place. Is. Awesome! The pictures do not do it justice. Amazing location far from civilization. Great place to go to unplug. I wish we would have had more time to spend there but we were just passing through and only stayed one night. Whether you want to do your best impersonation of Henry David Thoreau or get back to basics with the kids you cannot go wrong with this property. The owner is a really nice guy as well. "

"Our family trip to Cabin in the Blue Ridge was perfect. The cabin was large enough to accommodate our group, with beds to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed, even large pots and pans, plenty of baking sheets, 2 coffee pots, and two ovens, plus there's a huge table for meals, and board games. "Cute cabin! Cute cows as neighbors, too! We enjoyed our stay. We ended up bringing an extra person and had plenty of room to add a twin air mattress to the loft. The back yard is very sloped so if you bring a dog, keep that in mind. There is plenty of room to walk dogs below the houses on the flatter grass. There is parking for two cars, but one spot is also very sloped. Definitely a repeat stay if we are back in the area. The host was very responsive! "

"We had an amazing stay! When we walked in, the house was spotless and so inviting, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Our host was the definition of hospitality, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We loved hiking The Channels and attending the MLB Speedway Classic, even though the game got rained out the first time.
