"We arrived on the heels of a snowstorm after driving 10 hrs. We were greeted by a well-dressed, highly professional desk clerk who efficiently and eagerly answered all of our questions and a few we didn't know to ask. I do not recall the woman’s name but she was a young woman from Great Falls. She was just a gem! Our room was clean, smelled great and the shower was perfect. Breakfast the next day was outstanding! "Room did not look like online pic chosen. No running water in sink, no stopper in the sink or bathroom. No phone in the room to inform staff or to request maintenance. (Shut down for the night). There was no microwave. No lotion, conditioner or shampoo… wasn’t really necessary, but this hotel is very basic. Beds were fairly good, linens were clean and front desk lady was sweet. Definitely “rustic” Montana. "

"The one switch on the Wall to put the light on and off when you enter the room was not working, hence one had to scramble in the dark to turn individual light switches on. There was a lot of disturbance at night from the alternate side doors opening and closing, which could have been closed during the night."

"The room was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. We appreciated all the storage space and the small kitchen area. The kids enjoyed the pool, but there was no hot tub. We had to leave early for the next stage of our trip and were dissapointed to find that breakfast is not served until 7am on weekends despite being given different info at check in. Overall we would stay there again. "
