This hotel doesn’t care or doesn’t receive your messages you send through hotels.com. Front desk staff quite unpleasant and non helpful. Hotel has other rooms available but front desk refused to put us in a cleaned room and without noise from the entrance of the hotel. Air conditioning is old and makes lots of noise during night. "This place is not for everyone but I love it. I have stayed here multiple times and it's always been a great experience. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Not much by way of added perks but a great place to get a good nights sleep and a nice shower."
