"The windows of the room allowed all the noise from the road and parking lot to come to the room. Room was full of human hair. This hotel doesn’t care or doesn’t receive your messages you send through hotels.com. Front desk staff quite unpleasant and non helpful. Hotel has other rooms available but front desk refused to put us in a cleaned room and without noise from the entrance of the hotel. Air conditioning is old and makes lots of noise during night. "Very quiet and clean. Nice pool area which I used and had to myself. Check in was fast. Good selection at breakfast and room was very comfortable. The air conditioner working great, which was nice since it was 100 degrees!"
