"The building is perfect for a conference. Parking in the garage directly across the street. The staff were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with part of the bill and they fixed it. "Stayed at the Amway for one night as we were going to a concert at the Vanandel arena. Upon check in, I asked if they had any upgrades as this was our first stay at this hotel. The clerk at the desk gave us an absolute beautiful upgrade with the view of the Grand river, a Jacuzzi bathtub in a king suite. It was beautiful. There was also a restaurant attached which was convenient but we did not stop in since we had plans with friends. Overall the rooms were comfortable and friendly staff..
