"The property is exactly as described and very comfortable! We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again. Very close and easy walk to downtown Grand Haven and super easy access. The garage was a bonus that you don’t normally see and nice while it was raining. Everything made it easy to relax and really enjoy yourself!"

"We wanted something that was walking distance to downtown and the lake. This property gave both. We were able to walk to different parts of the lake from this property and easy walking to the main downtown/ Martine Museum. There is a full kitchen with most supplies. The layout of the place was nice as well. The bridge that goes over the Black River is right outside and it didn’t affect our sleeping. I even brought ear plugs just incase and never used them. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay....

"The house was clean & cute and had a great location! Plenty of things to do! Great local restaurants. Make sure you visit the Harbert Swedish Bakery. The pastries are amazing. Also there is a place called Flagship Speciality Food and Fish. It’s the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. It’s a hole in the wall and you might miss it. We had a facial and a massage at Mak Salon. It’s right down the road and highly recommend going there! Thanks Again!"

"We had a wonderful time. The condo was cozy and comfortable. I will say that there must not have been recent guests before us because we saw a lot of dust and cobwebs on the windows and room fans, but we cleaned it up as needed. The walk to the beach was much further than we anticipated, thankfully our 4 year old is always up for an adventure as the path down and pack up is extremely steep. "I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people...

"This property is wonderful due to its characteristic design. All three floors had their unique flavor that make staying there a wonderful experience. Blake was a awesome host that directed us where we needed to go. All of us also enjoyed the walk way just outside of our door that took us over to Portabellos that kept us warm and dry for dinner, very nice."

"We stayed at a two bedroom apartment with balcony. Assigned parking space in the garage was conveniently located close to the entrance of the building and elevator. Apartment very nice and clean, kitchen well equipped, two spacious bathrooms. Bedrooms are a good size with an extra small room for luggage. Beds have very comfortable mattresses. "
