"The staff was very friendly and helpful when we arrived at the front of the hotel until check-in. The room was very nice with a fireplace in between the den and bedroom. Beautiful view of the skating ring and mountains in the distance. The lobby was beautifully decorated with ample space and a large fireplace. The bar and food service were superb. Excellent gym. Throughout our stay all staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location to walk the Village and shop. "

"Helpful staff, clean rooms and common areas. We loved our room with big windows and a view of the city lights. Everything was very comfortable and had great amenities. We hung out in the lobby where there is a fireplace and bar and people enjoying themselves. It was pretty special to have the arena right there!
