"We are happy with our stays at Holiday Inn Express and Suites. They are consistent with their good customer service and clean rooms and facilities. I did report to the desk that our settee/sofa was stained, making it too gross to sit on. I'm sure they will clean it up. Also, can Holiday Inn offer real cream to serve with coffee instead of Coffee Mate that is full of corn syrup, hydrogenated vegetable oil, and artificial flavors? Thank you."

"I basically just needed a place to shower and sleep for the night, but the gentleman that helped me out - I believe his name is Don - turned it into a pleasant night. He was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast place he recommended was also very good!!! "

"Hot tub jets were not working or at least not very well. Not a big deal, still soaked and did its job. Staff was amazing and very friendly on both arrival and checkout. Room was clean and very spacious with a comfortable bed. Overall a very pleasant stay!"
