"This was a cute little place for 4 adults. We enjoyed being close to downtown and our family here. The host Kathy was accommodating for our family to bring their pup for a visit, and the home was nicely stocked with coffee and some water in the fridge. Bathrooms had a few extras too, like cotton balls and q-tips. Be aware there are no closets in the bedrooms, but they do provide a few ways to hang items and luggage racks.Not the owners fault, but I assumed there was laundry and a grill...

"The loft carriage house was a perfect home base for our weekend trip to Denver! The home was clean and welcoming on arrival with clear instructions on household appliances and needs. Angie also left ideas for sites to see and local places restaurants and coffee shops. The neighborhood was inviting and walkable! I found a great local coffee shop with just a 15 minute walk. I would definitely stay here for any return visit to Denver"

"Place was clean with comfortable beds. Host provided Keurig coffee pods as well as some shower necessities which is always nice. If you want an area you can walk around or walk to places this is not it, but if you just need a place to stay and drive to where you need to go this was great."

"It was very comfortable with comfortable beds and the AC worked well. It was stocked well and had everything we needed. Nice location close to stores and was close to the red rocks so we didn't have to drive far to get back after the concert we went to. They were very responsive to questions and allowed us to check in early. Over all we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to others!!"

"Everything about this place was perfect and so dog friendly. It is really hard to find places that are this acceptable to dogs. They even had a toy and a treat out for our dog on arrival. It's very clean and everything is labeled well so there is no searching for anything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with or without dogs. Huge backyard as well!"

"Pros:The rental was very spacious. Comfortably slept our group of adults. Cute themed decor too. The check in process was very quick and easy and Jeff got us in early which was nice. And the temperature of the home was very comfortable and easily adjustable. Plenty of fans to go around in each room.Cons: 2 mirrors in the whole house in the 2 bathrooms. The outside of the home and the backyard were unkept. Railings falling off, yard overgrown, black and milds on the back porch, etc. The place...

"Location was perfect and convenient to local restaurants and day trips ! Very close to Red Rocks! Beds were very comfortable and smelled fresh and clean! Outdoor sitting area was comfy and where we stayed most of our time there. AC worked great ! Only suggestion is to have washcloths and maybe a few more hand towels . There were plenty of bath and hot tub towels."
