Houseboat 'Bootshaus Am Müritzarm' with Lake View, Private Terrace & Motorboat (4HP)

Unique houseboat set among reeds in a stunning location, built on stilts directly above the Müritzarm lake. You can fish from the jetty or the terrace—eel, pike-perch, pike, perch, and many other fish are abundant here. A sauna is also available. The house includes a motorboat with a 4HP petrol engine, which you can use except during frost. The large Müritz lake is about 1,000 meters away, and the small Müritz is just a short stroll. Refresh yourselves in the cool water using the bathing ladder from the jetty. The houseboat is 600 meters from the village of Vipperow, where you’ll find a small shop for fresh rolls, newspapers, and essentials. A restaurant opened in 2019. In Rechlin (3 km), there are supermarkets for daily needs. The town of Röbel is 9 km away and easily reached by bike along the lakeside path. In summer, you can often spot ospreys fishing. Beautiful boat tours, such as to Nebelsee, take you through pristine rivers and forests. Vipperow is 17 km from the A19 (Hamburg–Berlin motorway, Röbel exit). You may also arrive with your own boat—please inform the host via the booking platform. Note: From early November to late March, only filtered lake water is available in the house, not drinking water.
