"The house itself was wonderful, the cleanliness was horrible. We arrived 30 minutes after check in, cleaners were still there working so we had to wait another 15 minutes to be able to check in. Once we started checking everything out, the floors weren’t properly cleaned, the showers still had hair and sand in them, small pieces of trash scattered. Notified the number but they just said to send pics that’s it. Once we got into bed, the bedding smelled absolutely terrible, we’re guessing it was...

"Can we just put our card on file for this location EVERYTIME we visit Houston!! The host was very nice when I called her before check-in. Yes I was able to call her which means a lot because before finding this location I had a bad experience with no communication from the host which made me feel uncomfortable with my reservations. I will make sure to reserve this location everytime!!"
