"The building was old but well taken care of and huge. It was a nice room, and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. I cooked in the room. The refrigerator was a good with a spacious separate spacious freezer. The staff was wonderful. I wanted to check-in early and they let me bring my stuff to my room at 9:00am so I could visit Carlsbad Caverns without a full car. "This was our second stay and we've had a very enjoyable rest there. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the grounds well kept. They even have an area for your pet to do his business. The staff is very professional and welcoming. Breakfast is awesome and plenty of space for parking. We would highly recommend!"

The handle on the bathroom sink faucet was loose and kept falling off, I had tools with me so I tightened up the set screw on it so the next people would not have that same issue.
