"Great place for our stay visiting relatives who make their home at Alto….close enough to walk over but far enough for privacy! Single level (3 stairs only at the entrance) and well planned space for up to 6 people with the master and en-suite bathroom on one side of the house and two additional bedrooms and bathrooms in the other end, plus a great deck. We visit at least twice a year and will be booking this home again, and again!"

"It did not sleep 7 unless you count 1 king sleeping 3. Also there is only room for 4 to sit in the living room so if 7 adults go it is not enough room to gather and chat"

"We need not stayed one night, but it was nice and cozy. Didn’t use the fireplace because it was too warm. Enjoyed the patio! Nice area to go for a walk. It was nice and clean!"

"Close to Carlsbad Caverns National Park and Guadeloupe National Park. Carlsbad is a nice town with plenty of eating and shopping options. We did make several meals and had what we needed to do that. "

"We loved our stay. We used it as our base to visit Carlsbad Caverns and White Sands National Park. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures, with TVs in every room (except bathrooms). My kids loved learning and playing pool. There is a Walmart nearby if you want to get groceries and make your meals, and plenty of local and chain restaurants if you do not. We would definitely stay again. "

"Great place to stay! Property is great for up to 4 people I would say. It was very clean and very well equipped. Was thankful for the well stocked kitchen, especially the spice rack. I would have given it a full 5 stars but I felt the 2 cons dropped it a star. The bed is too firm in our opinion to say it’s comfy and you can’t open all the windows to let cool air in on the warm days. While it didn’t get overly hot it still would have been better if we could have opened everything up. Definitely...

"The condo was well kept, updated, and cozy. Instructions for the fireplace, TV and heating systems were easy to located and follow. The condo is easily located off the main highway; but secluded enough with a great view off the patio and upstairs windows. Neighborhood was peaceful. Full kitchen with everything we needed. We would stay there again!"
