"The moment we called for a shuttle ride, we were treated as royalty. The shuttle arrived when and where we were told, and the driver was very attentive and professional. We went straight to the check-in desk, and they had our rooms ready and waiting. Check-in was very smooth and without issues. "The front desk was super slow and I agree with a previous review that said the staff”bumbled around”. The bathroom had a new tub and was pretty clean. We learned that daily cleaning of the room was not an option and if you wanted fresh towels and additional coffee pods(that tasted like mud puddle water) you had to ask at the front desk and wait for them.
