"Hottel Gal was very unhelpful, I got in early requested to check in early and was told I couldn't when i checked the internet site it showed that she could have checked me in. I ended up sitting in lobby for 4 hours. Overall, the place was not very well kept. Room was rundown, and musty. Bathroom hasn't been fixed up in a decade, lots of stains and worn-out floors, tub, and room in general was low budget. Very noisy, from guests, car alarms going off. "The unit was as described and immaculate. Everything we needed was there. Erin was very easy to contact with any questions. As stated in the description the exterior of the building the unit was in was being updated while we were there. Erin was there multiple days working on painting the exterior of the building. Can’t say enough about how nice our stay was. Erin thank you for sharing your place with us. "
