"The room was like a freezer. They have one small electric heater that took over 4 hours to get the room above 56. It smelled like mildew, gave me a headache and I couldn’t sleep. Your free breakfast is a two block walk(in the snow and sleet), I’m assuming that’s where the gym is too. On the bright side, the woman in the front office is awesome!"

"Fun atrium with hot tubs. The kids around seemed to all be having a great time swimming. The breakfast was disappointing however. The area to eat was great but the eggs were watery and the sausage undercooked in the center. "

"Hotel muito aconchegante e bem localizado. Ao chegar, fui muito bem acolhida pela Lori, que esteve sempre presente pra ajudar e dar dicas sobre o local. O café da manhã é incrível! Tem tudo, o que é raro. O local da refeição é muito bem cuidado e limpo. O quarto que fiquei era super limpo e espaçoso. A tv tinha mais canais do que eu tive tempo de explorar."

"The lobby and breakfast area is spotless and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I did have trouble with getting into my room because the key system would not always work. Although my room was acceptable, it needed to be dusted. The carpet also was worn is several spots. The bed was hard as a rock!"

"I waited at the check in area for 30 minutes before she came in, on her phone and didn't bother to look up at me until she completed her text. Then saw me and didn't even apologize for the wait. Next, apparently check in is AT 3 with a strict no check in policy before 3. I was there at 1, waited until 1:30, then told her I would wait in parking lot because I wasn't going to drive around for an hour and a half. At 2pm I saw two gentlemen walk in and a few minutes later, walked out to get their...

"well run, clean, standard room. The TV remote was designed by someone who had no idea what he was doing and therefore was nearly unusable - it would be a good idea to upgrade that system"

"O hotel é muito bom. Dormimos uma única noite enquanto fazíamos o trajeto Yellowstone-Denver. Não temos do q reclamar. Não tive nenhum problema neste hotel. Tudo funcionava perfeitamente. Ao lado do hotel tem uma lanchonete e só. Ele fica na beira da estrada. Não tem mais nada ao redor, mas é bem confortável."
