"Pedimos bem antecipadamente à nossa chegada um microondas no quarto e não estava lá quando chegamos... além disso ficamos duas noites e não fomos avisados no check in que não haveria limpeza do quarto... achamos um absurdo um hotel desse porte não oferecer limpeza diária, afinal não houve qualquer redução de preço."

"Overall the cabin was nice and clean. Definitely small, not great for a long term stay but for a couple days it worked for us. The address did not take us straight there though and in the dark with a trailer had to turn around and figure out where it was. "
