"The lobby was very clean and inviting. Our room was clean and inviting. The bathroom in the room was disappointing. It looked like dirt or mold on the shower tile and around the door frame. There was only one small elevator. There were nice stairwells. The eating area had a bar. Decor was very nice. Overall it was a nice place to stay for the night."

"Loved the hotel! Just 2 concerns - The bathtub was SO backed up, I was standing in 4-5 inches of water after showering; Also, We had to ask for pool towel every day. The hotel should have these readily available, especially when the hotel has many guests!"

"My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either."
