"staff was excellent"

"We have never had such a terrible experience prior to stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely rude and incompetent at their job. We stayed for 5 nights and had 5 rooms booked. 3/5 rooms were only cleaned 2 out of the 5 nights. When we told front desk, they did not care to help us with the issue. One of the housekeeping staff went to go clean the room, but instead removed all of the bedding, left it on the floor and the beds were bare… We came back to the hotel in the evening to a bare bed...
