"Hotel necessita de reformas. Banheira com vazamento, exaustor do banheiro barulhento demais. Embora tenha feito pre check-in o atendente não achava a minha reserva. Quarto sem privacidade nenhuma, janelas dão para a circulação interna do hotel. "

"The staff was very helpful and polite. However, the property is poorly maintained and it is not clean. For example, my sheets were dirty, the tub was dirty and so was the floor. My feet were black just from walking around. Also, the Kleenex box was sticky and so were other fixtures in the room."

"My fiancé and I have stayed at several hotels, and this was one of the best hotels we've ever visited. Our room was very spacious and had a full size refrigerator / freezer combo, microwave, dishwasher with garbage disposal, a 2-burner stovetop and a great deal of counter space. "Over all the property is fine. But the different shifts of staff don't seem to converse with each other. Had to switch rooms because of a staff glitch. And the first room had a funky smell and really bent mattresses. Also the windows don't lock! The Wi-Fi was out 2½ days of my 3 days. The breakfast was great..."
