"Room very clean but in need of repair. Would have liked more coffee mugs and a bigger keurig pot. We had a suite with an adjoining room and a tiny single pot in suite was insufficient. It was not a keurig so did not take Keurig pots left in room. The room was very quiet and comfortable and with a few amenities, we would return."

"Great Staff. Very helpful. Fantastic Beds!!! The only issue with the property is that the office is at a different, though close, location. But, if you ask, the staff is happy to run there for you if you need something. Nice people!!!!! Thank you staff."

"The staff member we encountered upon check-in was dismissive, rude and not friendly. She seemed to be annoyed by my party asking if there were any rooms available together. She was annoyed when we asked for an extra set of towels because there were only two sets in the room for 3 guests. The towels themselves were not the most clean. The rooms were fine minus the constant drip of the water from the tub. Overall, the rooms were fine, but the customer service was so bad, we will not be staying...

"There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!"

"Room was very nice, layout well thought out, clean, very comfortable, bright, and airy. Appeared to be newly renovated. Staff were friendly. The only negative was that the pool was not open yet. We would happily stay here again next year."

"This is a very clean and functional motel just minutes away from the ferries to the islands. It is an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Falmouth, too. The staff person was delightful - friendly and helpful. Great place to stay to catch early morning ferry."

"I only stayed one night, but it was a great stay. This is a really cute boutique hotel. Front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They have a pool, which I did use while I was there. There’s a nice area out back for guests to use. I recommend this hotel."
