"The little house was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked with every necessity anyone would need upon arriving! Very clean and the mini-split air conditioning in each room is absolutely the way to go!! Our host kindly answered any questions we had very quickly. We might suggest adding a couple of comfy chairs for more seating when there are 6 guests. Maybe a little more sidewalk directly to the front street parking. "Great property! Stayed 3 nights. Very responsive. I would update the amenities to include an iron and hair dryer! BIG plus for me. Cleaning company needs to care for a few cobwebs….. other than that no complaints! Very clean and fresh smelling!"

"We enjoy having our own private space instead of a hotel so we really didn't need much and this place was very spacious had a private space outside. Very windy in Joplin, it was quite nice. It was clean and we really enjoyed the king size bed it would have been amazing if there was a big bathtub in that huge walk-in closet off of the main ensuite where the sunlight is wow. But that is just a recommendation. There is a very steep driveway. Definitely need your parking brake"
