"Hotel novo, bem localizado, quarto confortável e café da manhã honesto. Porém pessoal d recepção EXTRA confuso com débitos no cartão de crédito que somos obrigados a deixar como garantia. A princípio a Recepção pré lança US$ 25 como garantia no seu cartão ai depois somos surpreendidos com outros lançamentos e temos que perder tempo explicando que são indevidos!!!! No meu caso houveram além dos $ 25, mais 02 lançamentos indevidos e mesmo comunicando e a recepção dizendo que o supervisor iria...
