"Family Travel- Two 11 year olds & One 3 month old.
No AC in our room (end of June trip), for 1/2 of our visit. We let them know that we had an 3 month old in the room, and the staff offered only a fan to help with the issue... Stating that because we had booked through Expedia they "weren't able to do much." Only after multiple phone calls to the office to push the issue did someone come to discuss options, of even looking at the AC unit.
Front desk staff was hit or miss. Some very friendly,...

"I stayed one night on a vacation. The room was clean and decent size. It's an older hotel and could use a bit of an update but was very acceptable. Breakfast was fine. The hotel sits right by the highway so bring some earplugs to cut out the noise. No other complaints. I would stay there again."
