"Do not stay during the summer since the property as no A/C and gets extremely hot in the summer months. Also communication could be better , we had difficulty finding the location an getting in. The place is really centrally located and overall very nice, if you stay in cooler months"

The biggest issue was that there was no bedding provided at all for the living room sofa bed(just a sheet over the bed), meaning the children had nowhere suitable to sleep - no quilt, no sheets, and no pillows. "What an absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location to explore Windsor. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for a few nights away. Even a Christmas tree which was a lovely surprise. Once we had a direct contact number for the property the communication was fantastic with check in details and instructions provided.
