"Overall, it was a great place to stay for my husband and I. We stayed 4 nights and the house was comfortable and clean. The only note I have is that the door you enter the house has a really wide gap so I had to stuff a dish towel in it to keep to hot air out or maybe possible insects from outdoors. But, it is a historic house and definitely did not ruin the trip by any means. "It was easy to relax during our stay. The house was well-appointed and comfortable. The back porch was a great place to sit and enjoy being outside. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms nicely designed. I didn’t take advantage of the soaker tub in the master bath, but will do on the next visit. Check-in and parking directions provided were helpful and clear. Checkout instructions made the process easy and smooth. Looking forward to the next visit."

"The cottage was nice. The house had an odor from being closed up. The cottage was a little hard to find because it's in the back of another house and the only way to get to it is from another street. The parking is tight, but we didn't have a problem with our Ford F-150 truck because my husband is experienced with pulling trailers. The steps in the house are steep but has a railing to help. I would stay there again but my husband said no because he struggles with steps."
