"I wish better 5* hotel but I don’t find it"

"Mecbur kaldığımız için ve fotoğraflara aldanarak geldik. Puan yüksek ama konakladığımız süre boyunca otelde su yoktu. Duş tuvalet ve lavabolar su olmadığı için kullanılamaz durumdaydı. Havlular beyaz değil kirli beyaz renkteydi. Temizliğine güvenemediğimiz için kullanmadık. Banyo da pisti su olsaydı bile kullanılacak temizlikte değildi. Kahvaltı acık büfe değil. Resepsiyona bakan görevli tarafından önlük eldiven kullanmadan hazırlandı. Cay bardakları temiz değildi lekeliydi. Kahvaltı masaları...

"This hotel was amazing! It has a central location, though it was difficult to find it by car. When we found it, we could park in front of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was breath of fresh air after a couple bad experiences. It was spacious and clean, though a little dusty. It is a modern room and bathroom. The noise from outside did not bother us. "O hotel é bem localizado, ao lado do shopping Forum. Há andares totalmente não fumantes. Os quartos são muito amplos e a roupa de cama, colchão e travesseiros de excelente qualidade, muito confortáveis. As toalhas de banho são grandes e fofinhas e até o papel higiênico é de boa qualidade. A agua quente do chuveiro chega rápido, embora sem muita pressão. "A very bad smell was coming from the air conditioner and the bathroom throughout the night. Since we only stayed for one night, we did not have the opportunity to change the room. The bathroom was very cold; the edges of the window were not properly sealed and cold air was coming in. Even though it was a non-smoking room, the corridor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Additionally, the curtains did not properly cover the window."
