"Excelentes funcionarios. Fizemos um mini cruzeiro em Halong Bay e utilizamos o Sleep Pod para deixar nossas malas. A presteza dos funcionários é tamanha que ficamos estarrecidos com tanta dedicação. Na ida guardaram todas nossas malas e nos acompanharam até o embarque e no retorno, levaram nossas malas até um outro terminal. É surpreendente tamanha dedicação com os clientes."

"The hostel is new, the staff at reception are not so helpful and should have more information about places around, transportation and facilities (poor English). A big problem is that really early in the morning the staff start to come to clean the rooms, they speak pretty loud and use a "walk talk" that is REALLY ANNOYING, wheezing all the time and will be hard for you if you want to get some sleep."

"Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Dirty, smelly, yellowish and smelly towels. Bed linens are yellowish. Wall paints are peeling and yellowish, window frame has problem closing the pane. Toilet is disgustingly dirty. Slow service. I do not know what happened to this hotel. It was the best accommodation in Bromo 30 years ago. "
