"We stayed at six different hotels during our Philippines holiday, and Lanson Place was our fifth stop. I am so glad I upgraded to a Junior Suite here—the room was perfect, big, spacious, and featured a beautiful view of the seaside. "The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool.
