The spacious semi-detached house "Landliebe" is located in the idyllic artists' village of Oldsum on the North Sea island of Föhr. Its quiet location on a small side street at the edge of the marshland and the large garden behind the house make it the perfect place to relax. With approximately 100 square meters of living space and a generous layout, it can comfortably accommodate up to five people.

The cozy rooms have recently been furnished and newly equipped with great attention to detail.

On the ground floor, you'll find the bright and spacious living room, which flows into a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Off the hallway is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. For entertainment, the living room offers a high-quality sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, a TV with a Blu-ray player, and a selection of games and books. Wi-Fi internet access is also provided.

From the living room and dining area, you can access the terrace, which faces two sides, and the adjacent, mature garden of approximately 200 square meters with its ideal south-west orientation. Garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a beach chair invite you to relax. The house also includes two parking spaces.

Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, another spacious room with two single beds, and a second roomy bathroom with a shower and toilet. Both bathrooms have windows. Accessories such as a crib and highchair are available upon request.
