"Direction by the hosts was spot on! Upon arrival we were a little early but as our room was ready they let us check in straight away. Staff were all super friendly and even offered to bring our bags in. Full guide or room was given. No apology what's so ever!! The staff member said I hope it will be better next time, to which I replied "I doubt there will be a next time" When I went to dinner my choice, battered haddock wasn't available, i think on a Saturday early evening this is totally unacceptable. The shower screen had black mould along the bottom which had been sealed in with sillicon, the kettle lid was broken making a refil almost impossible and the hairdryer had no nozzle to style my hair.. Resulting in "I won't be booking with you again". Regards Sue Smith"
