"Checkin did not offer welcome drink nor mentioned it. Overall staff responsiveness was lacking. Called room service at 6:00 AM for coffee and no one answered for a while. When it was answered we were told that they ran out of milk. First time I am hearing a hotel saying they do not have milk which is very basic. "

I have to leave the hotel because my wife need accessible room and they dobt have a single room which ir accessible for a person with difficulty in mobility. I have arrived around 8:30 pm.
