"GOOD AFTERNOON, I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A HUGE COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS HOTEL, THE SERVICE, THE ROOMS, THE AMENITIES, THE CLEANING, BREAKFAST WAITING AND SERVICE, COFFE SHOP SERVICE... ALL OF IT, I STAYED ALMOST A WEEK HAD 3 ROOMS BOOKED AND WAS PAYING ALMOST 400USD PER ROOM IN VERY SMALL ROOMS AND WITH THE WORST SERVICE I COULD GET. MY GUESTS WERE SHOCKED, I ALWAYS STAY IN THIS HOTEL BUT WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE AMOUNT I WAS PAYING I GOT THE SMALLEST ROOMS EVER, THE CLEANING WAS SO BAD THAT...

"Found hotel easily, short taxi ride from airport (400 rupees). Convenient and we had a late (after midnight) checkin. No issues, tho I had phoned ahead to tell them we would be coming so late. The bathroom smelled after we had all showered (4 of us), but otherwise the family room was comfortable and what we needed for a 1 night stay."

"The room is very small and have no windows. The hotel looks ok inside even in a very ugly street (looks like a slum). Close to international airport. If you need a cheap hotel, this one is ok. Good shower, A/C, Cable TV. Staff is very kind and helped me a lot."
