I came for check-in in the evening. The receptionist could not find my booking in the hotel's records. She told me that she did not find my booking, that's it, meaning that she did not care and I was not accepted to check-in even though I showed her my confirmation voucher from Hotels.com (Expedia). Then I had to request her to double-check with Expedia. Then I sat on the sofa and started waiting. For an hour, I reminded them several times, otherwise, no-one even cared about my case. Finally, I got my room. The room had no hairdryer so I could not wash my hair at night. The breakfast is limited but I had no complaint about it as I got what I paid. The food was still acceptable.
