    Centrally situated between three ski resorts, this brand-new, year-round 3BR/2BA oasis features a recently renovated interior, stunning natural light, stylish furnishings, and a fully fenced backyard.



    This home offers prime access to all three South Shore ski resorts, including Heavenly (7.3 miles), Sierra (11.5 miles), and Kirkwood (29.4 miles). Travel 3 minutes to a wide array of dining, shopping, and golfing at the Lake Tahoe Golf Course. Enjoy hiking, biking, and snowmobile riding at nearby Pioneer Trail (4 miles).



    LIVING AREA



    The welcoming living area is the social heart of this newly built home, boasting vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and ample natural light. A large sectional comfortably seats the group to watch movies on the 65-inch TV.



    KITCHEN & DINING



    The well-appointed and stylish kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of room to prepare delicious meals. When it's time to eat, gather at the eight-person table, with room for three more at the kitchen island.



    BEDS & BATHS



    Find comfort in the tranquil primary suite, which features a queen bed, sitting area, 58-inch TV, and access to the deck. The spacious en-suite bathroom provides a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the third guest room has a queen-over-queen bunk bed. A guest bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and double vanity.



    OUTDOOR AREAS



    Sizzle steaks on the gas grill and enjoy alfresco meals on the back deck. A fully fenced backyard provides ample space to relax and play games.



    Things To Know



    Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.



    WiFi can be spotty in the mountains.

    Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 vehicles in the garage.

Great spot for kids

We loved the property. The backyard was great for the kids to play in the snow. Location was close to restaurants, stores and Heavenly. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Tahoe Rental

This is an ideal location and very clean rental. It had everything we wanted and I look forward to booking again in the future. The only addition that could possibly make this even better is a hot tub!

Winter Fun and Warmth

I wanted a clean property and that is exactly what I got. Everything was great, and the house warmed up real fast. The couch is the most comfortable couch we ever experienced.

Perfect Home

We loved this place. It was spacious enough for 4 of us, well located, very clean, and very comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom were very large and the kitchen was updated and well appointed. Highly recommend. Know that it does not have air conditioning but we found we didn’t need it even in July. The spare bedroom outlets kept tripping the breaker, so an electrician was called but didn’t come while we were there

Almost perfect

The house was beautifully decorated and everything exceeded our expectations except the lack of air from 9 am-9 pm. We are from Houston TX so used to the extreme heat and humidity. However between the hours listed above it was just way to hot. It would be very beneficial to have a window unit to get some circulation in the house after the evening and morning coolness wears off. Luckily the rest of our family had another rental in the area with an ac unit so was able to escape there during these hours.

Great vacation home for the colder season!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is beautifully remodeled and cozy, however, it is a corner house near a very busy street; if you like to open windows for a cool breeze or to sit out in the balcony, it’s very noisy. The home does not have AC and get very warm in the summer, it’s well insulated and hard to cool off even with all the windows open. Although this home does not allow pets, the backyard had dog feces everywhere and therefore was unusable for any kid activities. If you’re visiting in a summer time it’s hard to enjoy all this home has to offer, however, a winter vacation may be more ideal as you will not need to cool the home or open windows to hear the traffic.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house over exceeds our expectations and had all the amenities that we needed. The only thing and not just with this home but all home rentals in Lake Tahoe, none of the houses have A/C and we ended up getting a heat wave this past week 7/11/21- 7/14/21 the house was hot about 85 degrees inside and about 100 degrees outside. We ended up going to target about 45min away to buy window fans because all big box stores were sold out of A/C units. Other than that take a visit to the heavenly gondola, the Dixie II boat ride and plan a day at the beach lake ( Pope beach was clean and plenty of space to spread out) we ended up seeing a family of bears at the beach, but didn’t bother anyone and kept walking away. Highly recommend this home. Only 10 min away from a supermarket (Reileys) and 20 min away from the center of South Lake Tahoe were the 4 casinos are at (driving distance of course). If you book a house rental please book directly through “turnkey” you will save about $100 (ask me how I know)as any other company ( Airbnb, homeaway) is a third party provider.
