"What a wonderful house for our vacation to Custer State Park/Devil’s Tower/Badlands with my husband and senior parents! Super updated place, well organized and a very hospitable feel. The small touches and thoughtful amenities were very much appreciated. Television in every bedroom and in a common space to watch a movie together. Location was great if we needed to run to Family Fare grocery store (4 min drive) or grab takeout from Pauly’s pizza (4 min drive) or take out from restaurants downtown...

"Everything about The Overlook was perfect! We were in town for our oldest grandson’s high school graduation and a mini-family reunion. The house was spotless when we arrived with everything we needed. The kitchen was open with a large table for meals and family card games, there was plenty of seating in the upstairs living room and basement family room. "Our family stayed here for 4 nights while exploring the surrounding area. The location was just what we needed for visiting Mt. Rushmore, Deadwood, Custer State Park and an assortment of other places. From the time we walked through the door it felt welcoming and homelike. We played games at the kitchen table, roasted hot dogs and s’mores over the fire pit and grandchildren, who had never tasted fresh eggs, announced they never wanted store bought eggs again!😆 A good time was had by all. "This was a very nice vrbo. We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was great after riding our motorcycle on colder days. The attention to detail with a fully stocked kitchen and fully stocked towels by the door for the hot tub was a nice touch! Also very nice that they provided lots of extra travel size toiletries. We enjoyed the basement with the large tv at the end of a long day. Only issue we had was we could not find a remote for living room tv or get it to turn on manually."
