"This was an amazing experience for myself, daughter, son in law and my just turned 16 year old grandson. This was his birthday vacation we do every year if we can. House was extremely clean. Able to bring his dog Price for pet fee was really good Quite, able to walk across the street to the bay. Driving distance to everywhere and everything We are going to rent this house again and will do more then just 5 days!! I highly recommend, if you want a quieter spot away from the super busier...

"Air conditioner was great, parking was great, the room had kitchenette with hot plate and cooking dishes. We had a dog with us. There were extra towels, coffee supplies in office entrance. Ice machine was good. A lot of stores, restaurants and even the Heart of Manteo festival park within short walking distance."

"Biggest problem was the housekeeping. We had full trash cans the whole visit, it never got taken out. When we first arrived we were warned they were out of towels, but that they would bring us some when their linens got in. Well we didn’t get towels until the next night. We had to use our beach towels after showering which was less than ideal. Admittedly, it’s hard to keep a hotel right next to the beach clean, but we had wet towels on the floor of our room from day one that were never collected...

"Great location if you like being in the busier area of Kill Devil Hills/Nags Head. Right on the beach and walking access to several restaurants and shops. Room was nice, clean, cold a/c, there was a walking deck with a nice sitting area to view the ocean and access the beach area with foot wash station. Kill Devill Grille right across the street. Bed was comfortable and nice smart TV."

"I absolutely loved the property. The manager was so helpful Shriva and I couldn't have asked for a cleaner more comfortable space."

"We were next to the laundry room. There was a loud sound coming through the bathroom all night, pipes over the shower, sounded like water was being poured in the tub no hot water, no shower. You could not pull the. Lever to start a shower the water was lukewarm couldn’t get any hotter. The staff was nice, but we had to change hotels and get our money back."

"My 1st review was removed and the property telephoned me on my private cell phone to basically "tell me off" - contravening the privacy policy of Expedia. The property itself was fine. The suite was clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and very quiet. My only concern was this hotel had no staff and no office. I booked by Expedia under the term "Hotel", and received a message asking me to fill out and sign 3 forms which I did and then provide a $350 refundable deposit which I did as well. I then...
