A stylish built-in kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, and all the cooking utensils you’d find at home. A dining area for six people and a living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa and TV. Two bedrooms with comfortable spring mattresses (master bedroom: 160 x 2 m; children’s rooms: two beds, each 90 x 200 cm).<br>A beautiful bathroom with a toilet, sink, and large shower is, of course, included.<br>On warm days, the air conditioning keeps you cool, and on cold days, the modern heating system keeps you warm.<br>The large wooden deck right next to the house is fully furnished, and another small deck in the green courtyard features a large grill and fire pit, as well as a Hollywood swing for an afternoon nap.<br>The cottage is located right next to the forest, so you can start hiking right away. The lake, with its well-maintained natural swimming area, is only about 300 m away.<br>The Bad Stuer nature campground is beautifully nestled between the forest and the lake and is characterized by lush greenery and mature trees. The campground is relatively small, making it ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation.<br>There is a reception area with a restaurant, mini-golf, boat rentals, bike rentals, and a children’s playground.
