"I would not recommend staying at Imperial Suites. We left within 10 minutes of arriving because the property was not what we expected. The outside appeared very run down, and there were people standing around the property, which made us uncomfortable. The area did not feel safe. The room itself had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The shower head and ceiling appeared damaged, with visible cracks. The towels looked dirty, the lights flickered instead of staying consistently on, and...

"The pool was dirty, the shower water was cold, the shower & jet tub had strands of hair in it. The floors were unclean, the ice machine was broken. The WiFi SUCKED A & didn’t work at all had to use my hotspot. The staff barely wanted to do their jobs it took 4 hrs & 3 calls down to the front desk for me to finally receive towels for my room. I asked housekeeping to clean out my tub while I went on a food run I came back to the tub being the same way I left it. Overall terrible stay do not...
