"The staff is nice. Virginian Motel is under new management. The staff knows me because I was here for 4 days before, and I was here one more time before then, and that was since my birthday in November of last year. The staff is kind, the property is good, the cleanliness and fantastic, the amenities are nice, I just wish there were outlets next to the bed to plug phone chargers in, and I wish there was a mini refrigerator to put things that need to be cold in, like certain medications, and...

"The cottage was very nice and the view is amazing! The driveway could be better marked, as it is quite steep and hard to see - especially at night. Zero cell service, which is understandable, but there is no wifi. The lack of wifi should be clearly stated on the listing. We had to leave early because we had no communication with family/work. Bring toilet paper and paper towels if you’re staying longer than a couple days. "

"Room was filthy no security on door was broken off just a dump. I would be embarrassed to own this place and actually rent a room out. I don’t need your breakfast with the roaches running around. I just wanna clean room that’s secure and safe. This is a meth hotel at best. "

"House and room were beautiful, hosts were generous with their time and their hospitality. Dog friendly, too. Everything was better than we could have expected - very strong recommendation for this very pleasant home and fantastic hosts (and their dogs)! "
