"Lovely cottage full of beautiful furnishings and art, adding a warm, cozy, and inspiring atmosphere. Host was so accommodating and made sure every convenience was available. Nearby Letchworth State Park was beautiful, full of scenic waterfalls and hiking trails. Hope to visit again, perhaps in the Fall!"

"We had such a wonderful stay at this home. From the moment we walked in, it felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared. The host truly thought of everything, even leaving a beautiful snack basket that made us feel so cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall comfort of the home was amazing. The backyard was absolutely beautiful and gave us the perfect space to relax and enjoy our time together. Every detail made our stay so special, and we would choose this home every time...

"The loft was beautiful and comfortable. Very nice finishes! Loved the large bathroom and shower. The hosts left a gift card for Tim Hortons and a bottle of wine which was great. Our only comment would be a ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom would be helpful to circulate the air or maybe have an oscillating fan in a closet to use. The location is above the Tim Hortons drivethru, and at 6am in the master bdrm, you can hear people ordering, and the place gets busy, but I purchased ear plugs for the...

"We loved it. The place was clean and comfortable. The hosts were great. We left of our dog in there cage while we attended the wedding. The hosts worked great with us, we had a young pup that was a little scared and vocal about it. "

"BEST “back to school stay-action ever!” Wanted to do a little something for the family and friends before school started and let me tell you, this was a HIT! The kids and adults had such a fun time! Check in was SEAMLESS and the house looked just like the pictures. Everything was super clean and stocked. The back yard was a hit for the kiddos (and us adults when they weren’t taking it over lol). Hot tub was PERFECT! We will be back again soon!!!! THANK YOU STACIE!"

"Loved this Vrbo!Great spaces throughout the house.Felt very homey. Owners thought of everything.Really enjoyed using the metal fire pit.Since the house sleeps 6, the only suggestion would be to have 6 chairs at the dining table instead of four.Friendly, helpful owners."

While the place is in a quiet neighborhood restaurants , shopping and the Interstate are just minutes away. We all agreed that if we were in the area that we would stay here again "

"We loved this property. It was easy to find and check-in, close to the stadium (Go Bills!) and a Tim Horton’s, had a cozy backyard with a playset, and comfortable accommodations. We loved that the hosts provided some creamers in the fridge too. We would definitely come back! "
