"The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was great. Breakfast on the weekdays closed at 9am which we didn’t realize. The air conditioner was noisy, but the bed was comfortable. I would stay at this location again."

"Quarto espaçoso, atendimento recepção regular, mas o café da manhã foi inacreditável, o horário era até as 9:00 da manhã, e as 9:00 em ponto apagaram as luzes enquanto lá estávamos, fecharam as cortinas do buffet e não permitiram nos servirmos de mais nada. Ficamos lá, comendo com luzes apagadas, todos os presentes extremamente indignados, nem atendente ou gerente, depois de questionados, fizeram qq coisa. "

"Slow checking in. Once Kaylee came on duty things ran excellent. But arrived at 240pm and was told checking in earliest was 3pm. They didn't even try to take our information or payment before 3pm. This was after waiting for about 10 minutes at front desk without anyone in site even after ringing a bell twice.
The room was spacious, comfortable beds. Took 5 minutes or more to get hot water, but good shower after that.
Location and free parking always good."

"This was an older facility probably opened in the 60s. Very quiet on the edge of town. Staff seemed nice enough. Towels and sheets could use something to refresh them as they leaned into being gray."

"After enjoying the hot tub I went back to my room 238 to take a bath and there was no tub stopper in the tub. I called the front desk spoke to Megan who told me she didn't have any stoppers. I asked her what am I supposed to do as I don't take showers? She suggested I put a towel in the hole to stop up the water. She told me I could move to another room but the hotel does not have an elevator so I declined and asked her what she could do to adjust the price for the amenities I've already paid...
