On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room equipped with satellite TV, along with a shower and WC that serves as the sole bathroom of the property. The upper floor features a spacious living and sleeping area with 1 double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV, radio, and DVD player, as well as air conditioning and direct access to a large balcony with stunning views of the lake. This level also includes a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The top floor comprises 2 separate bedrooms, each with sloping ceilings: 1 room features a double bed, and 1 additional small room also features a double bed, providing comfortable and private sleeping arrangements across the upper levels. The property has 2 bedrooms in total and 1 bathroom.
