It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our brief stay - including milk in the fridge for morning teas. I would definitely recommend if you're visiting the area. 8 minute drive from Bruton. "

"This was the first time i have stayed at an apartment as normal use hotels, but this maybe the way forward for me as a frequent traveler. It was like home from home with some very nice touches which whilst simple but milk in the fridge was great especially for the cup of tea in the morning. Will 100% rebook when I'm back in the Yeovil area "

"Cheddar and the surrounding area is such a lovely part of the country and the Gatehouse matched that. The bed was large and very comfortable, the lounge perfect for snuggling away the evenings and the shower particuarly good! Parking also could not have been easier. Do note though, a lot of the roads in the area are narrow and twisty without footpaths so a small car is preferable and beware when walking them."

"Decent property for a single night stay with a family. Hard to find in the dark and no parking, though on-street parking and car parks are available locally. Three bedrooms with a small kitchen and wet room. Nowhere specific to eat as a family but small tables in each room were fine. Had to phone on the day to get the key code. This could be made more obvious - or the owner could communicate more proactively. "

"It was amazing. In the kitchen is everything you need. And the details. Great. Important things were in red. Very nice. The double bed was quite nice. The bathroom was very clean like the kitchen and other rooms as well! We could reach everything in a short walk. So no car needed most of the time. Next time again!"

"This apartment was perfect for us. Walkable to the main part of Glastonbury. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable bed. Just wonderful. And the owners were super responsive when we had a small issue with the hot water. Fixed it pronto. We would easily stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay. We had a lovely warm welcome from the fabulous Gloria (& Carrie) Gloria showed us around the farm to meet all the animals. The annex was amazing with lots of little luxuries including a fridge full of food, bread, milk & juice to make a fried breakfast. I had a very restful sleep and we can’t wait to return again!"
