"There was no one working at the registration desk and I was unable to check in. I spent 1.5 hrs calling a number posted number in the office to check in. After 20 plus calls to multiple numbers I had to pay for other lodgings. Very poorly run! I would definitely not recommend!"

"Condo was very clean and comfortable! The pool and clubhouse was clean and the kids really enjoyed all the spaces including ping pong table and air hockey. There were 21 of us staying between 3 separate condos and no one had any issues. "

"My favorite part about staying at Cedar Lodge is the view from the balcony. I love the peaceful sound of the rushing water and the beautiful view of the smokies in the mornings. It’s so nice having a full kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom and bathroom for the kids. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back soon. "

"We loved whole set up feeling of home away from home....The mountain view from the patio in the mornings....was very unique and relaxing...I love that the Condo was fully equipped with whatever amenities we needed. Me and family loved it....we most definitely be reserving another condo in the very near future...I would definitely recommend this place."

"This was a wonderful place to stay and was pet friendly which was great cause we were traveling with our fur-baby. The house was clean and offered everything we needed for the stay. Close to everything so the location was very perfect. The host was wonderful, and I would stay here again for sure when I visit the area again. Thanks for the hospitality you gave me as a guest. "

"We had such a wonderful, relaxing time that we chilled out at the cabin every day until lunch time before going out! Jean (property manager) was unbelievable about her communication. I highly recommend both the cabin and Jean! We even got to see 3 bears in the yard! We could be happy to come back again!"

"Home was amazing and accurate in description we had everything we needed . The host was wonderful . Game room and hot tub was very nice, location nice and close to attractions but away from crowd .. kitchen fully stocked with dishes and pans everything we needed for family meal . There was lots of space and room to accommodate. The balcony’s were also amazing to set on and listen to nature .. Bears visited us came rite up to the balcony.. we loved the home , the host and everything.. was clean...

"We stayed here with family to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The house had some minor cleanliness issues when we arrived, (dusty floors, and confetti) but nothing that overshadowed the trip. With a little more attention to detail in that area, it would be an easy five-star stay in every category! Overall I still give it What really made this place shine was the location and the view — absolutely beautiful and peaceful, with a backdrop...

"Exactly as described. We took 12 adults and 7 kids and had more than enough room. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was and hosts provided enough toiletries, extra dish soap and trash bags (most rentals do not). Little conveniences that were very much appreciated. You’re right off the main highway in Pigeon Forge and everything was so convenient. Hosts were very friendly and responded quickly. We left our daughter’s toy by accident and they offered to ship it back to us, never had this offered...
