Booked a suite room with lake view. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself is old fashioned, a little musty, but was clean and tidy. Lovely new property - had everything you needed and very spacious. Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!).
