"I will preface my review with the fact that we never actually checked in, so I cannot speak to the cleanliness of the property and j am an honest person. "HOT WATER!!!! Turned on the water for the shower, never got warm or hot, was cold. Called the front desk, on hold for 6 minutes, called back on hold for while again then hung up on. Called back and was told our room is far away from the boiler and it takes a while for the water to warm up!! Pretty amazing huh"
