"Second time staying here. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. "Beautiful, quiet spot up on the hillside overlooking the valley. My wife and I came up to check out the Kingdom mountain bike trails and were not disappointed. The house is an easy 15-20 min drive to the trails, as well as the bike shop, cafes, and small market in East Burke. It was helpful having all-wheel drive getting up the hill to the house, and once there check in was incredibly easy, and the house was super clean and well appointed with all new appliances. "We stayed at Ridgeview in January and had a blast. The house was very clean and the check in process was super easy. The distance to Bretton Woods was about 15 min which wasn't an issue at all. Kids loved it and we would definitely book again. Hot tub worked great, needed a little cleaning but overall it was not bad. Would 100% stay here again.John"

"Such a wonderful, quintessential NH cabin! The views are gorgeous. We really appreciated the large dock and giant yard, especially the fire pit right next to the water. We brought our own kayaks and floats, and spent all of our days out on the water. Can't wait to come back."

"The entire process was SO easy, my first Vrbo! Reaching the host was easy, always got a quick reply and a simple answer for my questions. Im not sure Ive EVER stayed some place as perfect (for my boyfriend and I) as 200 Berlin Rd. We will 100% stay here again, if available on our next trip.
