With WiFi, two dedicated driveway parking spaces, and additional room for boats or trailers, it’s an ideal home base for fishing trips, lake days, road trips, and extended stays.

Guests enjoy shared access to the beautiful Golden Pond grounds, including the private pond with dock, slide, and kayaks, catch-and-release fishing, two large fire pit areas, an outdoor bar and grill space, and a wide open yard where deer, turkeys, birds, and other wildlife are frequent visitors. The suite is on an owner-occupied property, outdoor amenities are shared, pets are not permitted, and the kitchen does not include a dishwasher.
