"None of the pictures on Expedia are update, they are pictures from years ago. The rooms stink, the hallway carpets are dirty and trash everywhere, the sidewalks haven't been washed down in years, the pool was green and slim floating at the bottom. Lots of street people. The women at the front desk were very accommodating and tried to fix the situation. We finally stayed at a loft there because when we rented it, it didn't give address until after we paid again and landed up being the same place....

"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

"Parking was very dark and not lighted. Tv didnt work telephone in room didnt work. We checked in before we went to a concert got back at 11. No one at front desk Tv didnt work telephone didnt work to call staff. Someone above us kept us all night till 330 I really do believe they were remodeling it. Air Conditioning didnt keep up with the room. Staff wasnt at front desk when we checked in had to wait 10 minutes for someone very rude lady we asked her questions about how to get to the arena...

"After paying for the room and going through the online check in at 1:00 AM in the morning…with 6 children ages ranging from 2-11 I was informed the room was not available and Expedia should not have rented it to begin with because the complex is under repair. They did nothing to find us another room and we couldn’t find any motels with vacancy so we ended up driving home instead of checking into a motel.we arrived home at 5:30 AM exhausted and very disappointed.
