"The stay was awesome. Our room was musky-smelling but the beds were comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaned better before we arrived but it was well stocked. The hot tub was a definite perk of this hotel and the kids loved that the pool was open until 10:30. Breakfast was amazing and there were so many options. "Reviews are VERY overrated. I would be happier staying at any cheaper motel in Lancaster. Dusty and small room, thin walls, tiny bathroom, weird 5-digit cable TV channels, mediocre breakfast. Elevator is extremely slow and it may take several minutes! It seems they just don't care. 2/5."

"Check in was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and helpful. All rooms are on the first floor making this easy for my elderly mother to access. One assigned parking spot per room and onsite ice/vending machines. (Office does not have any snacks or food items for sale.) "The property was nice the staff was helpful me and my wife stayed in the jacuzzi suite which was a very nice size but the only thing we did not like was the furniture it was very uncomfortable the couch was very hard not soft so we couldn’t watch T.V The king size bed was very uncomfortable that was also hard and not soft we woke up with back aches also the shower was very slippery so we mainly swam in the pool during the day and ventured out in all I give 3 stars"
